The Whisky Library, launched 2009 The cosy bar area within the restaurant has been redesigned and renamed "The Whisky Library". Uisge Beatha, the Water of Life, is Scotland's national drink and it is synonymous with Scotland in our visitors' minds. It also perfectly compliments our menu which is unashamedly based on all that is best with Scotland's produce. We have one of the largest collections in the area, featuring many rare and unusual malts as well as the more popular drams.
Gray's Restaurant is fast becoming THE place to eat
in Callander. Not known for resting on their laurels, the owners have
instructed their award-winning head chef to re-design 2008's popular
menu. Every dish is lovingly created in our kitchens using the best
locally sourced ingredients while you browse our carefully selected
wine list or sample one of our extensive collection of malt whisky.
A carefully designed Scottish menu to cater for all tastes, large portions at
decent prices, a children's menu suggested by Tim and Jane's kids (children's
highchair available), Traditional Sunday Roast or old style Afternoon Tea, and a comfortable relaxed
atmosphere are just a few of the attractions. We also host themed evenings
which are very popular, for example Burns' Night, St. Patrick's Day
and Hallowe'en.
Comprehensively refurbished and extended in 2007, the restaurant is
very popular with the townsfolk of Callander so residents are advised
to book a table at check-in.
The current menu is available to view as a PDF file which you can save
